Payment, Shipping & Returns

Payment

We offer 3 payment options for your security and convenience.  

Option 1 is the "Call for Payment/Prepay/Card on File".  Use this option if you have an existing account, ***Dealers always use this payment option***, or if you prefer to call us with your payment info.  You may also use this option if you have an account credit or you have a question on pricing.  Please include your phone number in the comments section.  We will contact you for the payment information if we have not heard from you by the time of shipment.  

Option 2 is for online credit card payments. Select the Paypal option on the payments page.  Use this option when you want to pay immeidately with your AMEX, MasterCard, Visa or Discover card.  These credit card payments are processed securely through the PayPal system.  We do not see or store your credit card information. 

Option 3 is to use your Paypal account.  You will see the Paypal button when you get to the payments page.

International Orders

For orders to be shipped outside of the continental U.S., please select the "Call for Payment/Prepay/Card on File" option upon checkout.  We will determine the best shippment method and email you with the order total including shipping costs.  You will not be charged for the order until shipping costs are verified.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within ten days of us receiving your return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, give us a call and we will expidite the process for you.  You may also login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Our flat rate shipping options will typically ship via UPS or FedEx.  However, we reserve the right to ship via the most economical method.  If you have special shipping requirments, please give us a call.  We can accomodate most requests.
